Forbidden fruit

I think if the Forbidden Fruit had looked like this Adam and Eve would still be in the Garden of Eden.

Bottles and Bows

What do you think? Do you agree this is a pair?

I have a secret...

And I am not going to tell. Animals seem to have a secret all wrapped up that they won't share with humans. Plus, the orangutan comes across red on the camera. Interesting thing about colors, cameras, eyes, and monitors, we don't all 'see' the same thing. Half the challenge is what I post will look to you like it does to me.

Contiuing with Red

Browsing through my pictures I was looking for something that appealed to me today. I decided to stick with the red theme. This is something I learned from taking Everyday Digital at ASU from Mark Klett. Sometimes you can make a sequence of pictures more interesting by connecting pictures in different ways, such as, similar color, shape, theme, sometimes you are the only one that sees the link between your pictures. So often we arrange things by event, subject, or date. Mix things up a little and try some new combination of your own pictures.

Everyday

Everyday I pass hibiscus flowers in my yard, at the park, and at my parents. Today I tackled the challenge of bringing one to my computer. The one on my computer looks much better. Photoshop helped me combine two renderings from a RAW file to have detail in both the shadows and the highlights.

Frozen...

in Time.

The top image is a companion to this image of a fountain. Although the water looks frozen, it is only frozen in time by the camera. My eyes see a fountain, my camera created the ice.

Pick me...

....Oh, OH, Please, Please, PRETTY PLEASE....
