Please note that if I actually put what makes me truly happy there would be a bunch of family pictures. These are things besides my family that make me happy. Actually a tiny fraction since most of my pictures I take them because there is something about it that grabs my attention and I enjoy making pictures that make me happy.

Bonzai!!!!!

Ducklings diving into the lake. The height they jumped looked about 10 times higher than they are. I think it would be like jumping off a ten-story building into a pool. They were so fun to watch.

Duck

I chuckle every time I see the ducks that are really standing on the rocks. I enjoy nature's little tricks.

Where it was

Sometimes all I get is a ripple of where the duck was. The submarine ducks just vanish and you have to scan the lake until you find where they pop up. I noticed that they can go 10 to 20 feet underwater.

Bad hair day?

Is this the duck's interpretation of a bad hair day? Or a new feather do to out do their country cousins?
